This policy explains how LeoCode LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use DrillWith and our related services.

We may collect account details such as your name and email address; profile information you choose to provide, including skill level, availability, goals, and general location; content and messages you submit; subscription and transaction status provided by our payment processor; and technical information such as device, log, and usage data.
We use information to provide and improve our services, recommend compatible practice partners, support community features, process subscriptions, communicate with you, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
DrillWith uses the location information you provide to help surface nearby players and courts. We do not sell precise location information. You can limit location access through your device settings, though some matching features may then be unavailable.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, email, analytics, payments, and support; with other users as part of the profile and community features you choose to use; or when required for safety, legal compliance, or a business transaction.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, and security needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may update your account information, adjust device permissions, or request access to or deletion of your personal information. To make a privacy request, contact us at leocodellc@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
