These terms govern your use of DrillWith and other services provided by LeoCode LLC. By using our services, you agree to them.
Effective August 28, 2026
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use our services lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your interactions with other users, including deciding whether and where to meet.
You may not harass others, impersonate anyone, post unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, or use it to violate another person's rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LeoCode LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the services. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Paid features, if offered, may renew automatically until canceled through the platform where you subscribed. Pricing and applicable terms are shown before purchase. App Store purchases and refunds are also subject to Apple's terms and policies.
DrillWith helps people connect but does not supervise users or guarantee identity, conduct, skill, availability, or compatibility. Exercise good judgment when communicating or meeting. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. LeoCode LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for user interactions, except where such limitations are prohibited.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or if the service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
